Access Guide
How to Request Information (Section 10 Guide)
The Information Regulator has updated the Guide on how to use PAIA. This guide is available in all official languages. You may request a copy from our Information Officer or access it directly from the Regulator.
Request Process Flow
Identify Record
Determine if the record is public (website) or requires a formal request (Form 2).
Submit Request
Complete Form 2 and submit to the Information Officer with the prescribed fee.
Outcome
The IO will respond within 30 days granting or refusing access based on legal grounds.
